Peter Cody-Cox

Peter was born and raised in the west end of Halifax and has earned two university degrees from local universities, (Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Education from Saint Anne’s University Halifax campus). An athlete by nature, Peter played football at many levels including provincial (NS), university (St.Marys Huskies), Halifax Explosions and Buccaneers (Senior League) and an alpine ski racer at an international level, provincial team and student athlete at Carrabassett Valley Academy in Maine USA. Peter, a former member of the Canadian Masters Alpine Ski Team now serves as the representative for Atlantic Masters Alpine Ski Racing via Alpine Canada and serves as a board member in charge of events within his community. Peter is proud to be a member of Bryant Realty Atlantic and is committed to providing the highest of standards to all of his client’s individual needs and educating them through every step of a transaction.
Being a native Haligonian, Peter has an abundant knowledge of the various neighbourhoods in the Halifax Regional Municipality and is willing to work diligently to put his real estate expertise into every deal. With over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry Jan is an expert specializing in residential homes, condominiums and investment properties, working with both Buyers and Sellers. Jan also brings a depth of knowledge of the Commercial/Industrial sector of the Real Estate Industry having represented in some of Nova Scotia’s largest development portfolio acquisitions. Jan has a strong understanding of clients’ needs is also known for her discretion in all aspects of business and has a proven track record of delivering results. Passionate of her home town Halifax and the province of Nova Scotia Jan takes pride in and loves to share in her vast knowledge of the diverse geographic areas of NS and all the splendour the province has to offer. Jan brings a wealth of real estate experience to her position, including years of property management and interior decorating/design.
A Halifax native, Jan has long been dedicated to serving her community with integrity, dignity and respect – whether it be through her work, philanthropy endeavours or in every day life. She is a supporter of such causes as “Brigadoon Children’s Camp”, which seeks to assist in the betterment of the lives of children & youth living with chronic illness, various Cancer & Mental Health fundraising endeavours and The Sheldrick Wild life Trust for Orphan Elephant’s.
Jan’s past experience has included nearly a decade of employment with Coca Cola Beverages, Atlantic Canada, where she held two management positions simultaneously; Sales Manager of the Vending division for the Maritime Provinces, and Sponsorship/Brand Manager for various high profile events.
Jan is best known locally as the owner and decor consultant of Ambience – Home Accents, one of Halifax’s most innovative and successful home decor shops, which specialized in home furnishings, Art, interior design and decorating. During this period Jan also sat on the board of the Downtown Halifax Business Commission.
In addition to current work, Jan is a member of The Halifax Chamber of Commerce; Canadian Real Estate Association, Nova Scotia Association of Realtors; The Society of Wines and Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
