About Brehannah:

Brehannah began her real estate career in June of 2013 after completing her university degrees. Her educational background, coupled with her exposure to business & social philosophies, enabled her to quickly gain the necessary technical knowledge & skills in this fast-paced industry. Along with her solid knowledge base, it was her passion for helping others that allowed her to build upon that base & create a successful business. She has an excellent background in interpreting provincial & municipal legislation related to real estate ownership, planning,land use, taxation, trading, & other federal/ provincial legislation. In 2017, she accepted a term position working for the Halifax Regional Municipality as an Acquisitions & Disposal Real Estate Officer. Her collaboration at HRM further solidified her foundation of experience & enabled her to gain invaluable knowledge including valuation & appraisal skills, that further enhanced her portfolio for her listing and buying clients.
